While photovoltaic modules last for at least 20 years, solar batteries do usually last for about 3 years. These batteries are generally known as leisure or deep-cycle batteries. And come in various sizes expressed in amp hour. These batteries differ from automotive batteries in terms of charge and discharge. The discharge and recharge rate is slow spread over a period of time.  

Solar Vision can provide you with 2 different Solar batteries of the South African manufacturer Willard batteries, which weight about 28 kg. These batteries allow 12 Volt and either 90 or 105 Ampere per hour, depending on the required power needs.
